Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at Siegel Select hotel on University was a mixed experience. The location had major improvements and was well lit, but there were vagrants around at night. The service, especially with the dayshift desk clerk, was outstanding, making me prefer this hotel over others. The dining options were decent, but room cleanliness was a major issue with leftover trash and dirty conditions. Overall, it was an affordable stay with some notable drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, but some aspects made me feel uneasy as a solo female traveler. The service was helpful at times, but lacking in terms of guidance and attention to detail. The dining options left much to be desired, with limited healthy choices and early closing times. On a positive note, the room upgrade improved my experience, and the facilities met basic needs.
The hotel is situated right next to the elevator which is convenient, but the room needs several repairs and had only one towel. The staff took care of me well, although there were concerns about some employees possibly not fulfilling their duties. Laundry services are available.
When I arrived at the hotel, the location seemed a bit scary with vagrants around, but it was well lit and close to restaurants and stores. The rooms were a major letdown - dirty and with hair on the towels. The service was in a hurry and the staff needed a manager constantly. The dining experience was good with a free shuttle, but lacked variety. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel is convenient for quick stays.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite a disappointment as they were disgusting, lacked essential amenities like towels, and had a lingering smell of smoke in a supposed non-smoking room. On the bright side, the dining experience was enjoyable with authentic dishes and a helpful shuttle service. However, the dining options were limited, and the early closure was unexpected. The location had its ups and downs, being well-lit but also frequented by intimidating individuals at night. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
